The Healthcare Federation of Liberia (HFL) is dedicated to improving the health outcomes of Liberians by fostering excellence in healthcare delivery. HFL’s certified instructors are professionals with extensive expertise in various healthcare fields, committed to providing high-quality education and training to healthcare workers across Liberia. These instructors are selected based on their experience, knowledge, and dedication to advancing healthcare standards in the country. By leveraging their rich backgrounds, HFL ensures that all educational programs are grounded in real-world practices and the latest healthcare advancements.

Our Mission

HFL advocates on behalf of the private health sector facili-
ties, public-private partnerships and maximize opportuni-
ties for efficient cooperation amongst private health sector
players.

Our Vision

HFL is the unifying body of the private health sector that
collaborates with the MOH to improve quality, access, and
equity in the healthcare sector in Liberia.

Our Focus

HFL focuses on several key areas to achieve its mission and vision:

Education and Training

Providing comprehensive training programs for healthcare workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care. This includes both theoretical and practical training sessions led by our certified instructors.

Quality Improvement

Continuously assessing and improving healthcare practices through research, feedback, and the adoption of best practices. HFL is committed to maintaining high standards of care and ensuring that healthcare facilities across Liberia meet these standards.

Advocacy and Policy Development

Working with government bodies, healthcare organizations, and international partners to develop and implement policies that improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. HFL advocates for resources, infrastructure, and support systems that enhance healthcare services.

Collaboration and Networking

Building strong networks among healthcare professionals, organizations, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and share best practices. HFL organizes conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote knowledge exchange and professional development.
